As a northerner, I like to eat this kind of biscuits with meat, which is very satisfying, especially for the stomach. The biscuits are soft and tender, and the beef is tender, so delicious.

Biscuits with Meat

1. Add salt and yeast to the flour and mix evenly, add water in small amounts several times, and stir into a flocculent shape.

2. Knead it into a smooth dough with your hands, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it stand in a warm environment for half an hour.

3. Cut the beef into thin slices. I used a ceramic knife made of Nai porcelain. It is very sharp and cuts beef very well.

4. Prepare some chopped green onion and ginger. The surface of the ceramic knives is very smooth and not easy to remain, which can effectively prevent the spread of bacteria.

5. Add chopped green onion, ginger, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, salt, sugar, pepper, sesame oil, cooking wine, and cornstarch to the beef. Stir well and marinate for half an hour.

6. After proofing the dough, roll it out into a rectangle.

7. Apply a thin layer of cooking oil.

8. Sprinkle some pepper powder evenly.

9. Roll up the dough from one end.

10. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts.

11. Flatten the dough from the cross section.

12. Roll round with a rolling pin.

13. Brush the surface of the dough with a thin layer of honey water. Add 5g of honey and 5g of water to mix thoroughly, which is honey water.

14. The side brushed with honey water is covered with sesame seeds.

15. Grease the pan with oil, add the sesame seeds, and bake them over low heat. It is more convenient if you use an electric baking pan.

16. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot, add the marinated beef and stir fry.

17. Continue to stir fry until the beef changes color, then continue to stir fry for 2 minutes, add coriander before cooking.

18. Use a knife to cut the sesame seed into two pieces from the middle, remember not to cut into sections.

19. Just put in the fried beef.
