Bitter Chrysanthemum Mixed with Potato Shreds

Peel the potatoes and sprinkle them with a thin thread. Take the boiled water to control the moisture and set aside.

Wash the bitter chrysanthemum and soak it in light salt water for 15 minutes, remove the dried water and cut it for later use.

Add potato shreds and bitter chrysanthemum, add all the seasonings, and stir well.
Tips:
The seasoning can be added or subtracted according to your own preferences. Don't take too long for the potato glutinous rice flour. If it takes too long, it will become potato porridge.
