Bitter Gourd Carrot Slices

Wash and slice pork, use appropriate amount of salt, starch, light soy sauce, sesame oil, and marinate for a while;

Wash the bitter gourd, cut it in half, remove the bitter gourd flesh and seeds, cut into bitter gourd slices, rinse and set aside;

Wash the carrots and cut into thin slices for later use;

After the wok heats up, pour some oil in to heat, turn to a low heat, add dried chilies and sauté until fragrant; remove the dried chilies;

Turn to high heat, add the meat slices and stir fry until the color turns white;
6.
Add bitter gourd and stir fry over high heat;
7.
Add carrot slices and continue to stir fry;
8.
After the ingredients are cooked, add an appropriate amount of salt;
9.
Add the right amount of chicken essence, stir fry evenly, and lift the pot.
Tips:
1. Vegetables can be replaced with what you like, or seasonal vegetables;
2. The chicken essence can be adjusted according to personal taste;
