Black-bone Chicken Nourishing Soup
1.
Prepare half a black-bone chicken with mushrooms, seafood, mushrooms, carrots, longan, corn, codonopsis, red dates, chestnuts, and peanuts.
2.
Put the black-bone chicken and ginger into the pot, add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil
3.
After the water is boiled, use a spoon to skim off the white foam on the surface
4.
Put in the longan codonopsis, red dates, chestnuts and peanuts and stew for 1 hour
5.
Then add shiitake, seafood, mushrooms, carrots and corn
6.
Simmer for half an hour
7.
Finally, add a little salt to taste (you can also continue to stew, but usually it does not exceed 3 hours. My family does not like to drink too thick soup, so I only stewed it for 1 and a half hours, which is also delicious)
Tips:
Blood removal can make the soup clearer!
