Black Pepper Chicken Nuggets

Beat the chicken breast with the back of a knife and cut into pieces. Sprinkle with soy sauce, cooking wine, five-spice powder, and crushed black pepper.

Mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.

Eggs, flour, starch, salt, baking powder and mix well to form a batter,

Pour in the marinated chicken nuggets.

Mix well again.

Heat the oil in the wok, add the chicken pieces and fry them over medium heat.

Turn the chicken nuggets halfway through and fry them until golden brown.
8.
After serving, sprinkle a layer of crushed black pepper.
Tips:
Black pepper in a ground bottle tastes better.
