Black Pepper Chicken Wings

Cut the chicken wings in half from the middle, put them in a bowl, add light soy sauce, add a little salt, then pour in cooking wine, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, some scallions and ginger slices, add dry starch, pour a little bit of edible Oil, add a little more black pepper, stir well, marinate for half an hour
