Black Pepper Flavored Volcanic Mashed Potatoes

Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices. Steam them in a pot until they are soft and rotten. Take them out and press them into puree.

Use a fork to organize it into the shape of a small volcano, also for convenience

Put the oil in the pan, first add the diced peas and fry until 8 mature, add the sausage and diced shallots. I use the original sausage made by myself. You can put it according to your personal preference.

Stir-fry evenly, add appropriate amount of salt, pepper powder and more black pepper, and stir-fry again evenly

Add a small amount of water to a boil, put a little dark soy to mix

Finally, top with water starch and fry until it is sticky. The water starch should not be too thick or too much.
