Black Pepper Pork Chop

Seasoning needed: cooking wine, black pepper powder, salt, soy sauce, red wine.

Buy the pork chop and smash it loose with the back of a knife.

Put in all the seasonings in step 1, consider the amount by yourself, set aside and marinate for a while.

Put a little garlic and ginger in the hot oil in the pot and sauté until fragrant, or add onions.

Put the marinated pork chops in the heat for 30 seconds.

Turn it over and fry for another 30 seconds.

Turn to low heat and fry for 15 seconds on each side, then turn over. Do the same until the pork chops are cooked.

My pork chop is a bit thick, so I put the lid on and simmered it for tens of seconds. If the pork chop is thinner, go to the previous step.
