Boiled Crab with Oily Tofu and Enoki

Ingredients: Crab (washed), oiled tofu, enoki mushroom (washed), chives

Remove the cleaned crabs to remove the shells and cut the gills with scissors and set aside.

Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat it up, put in the packed crabs, and add an appropriate amount of cooking wine.

Stir fry.

Then, combine the oily tofu and the washed enoki mushrooms, add a proper amount of water, stir and boil until cooked.
