Boiled Stone Crab

Ingredients: rough stone crab (cleaned), minced ginger, minced garlic

Add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce to the ginger and garlic.

Add 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar.

Add 0.5 tablespoon of sugar.

Mix thoroughly into a dipping sauce.

Next, put the cleaned rubble crab into the pot, and add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine.

Then, add some water to a boil.

Cook until the crabs turn red and cooked, and serve.

Remove and serve.
