Bone Ginseng Rice Noodle Casserole

Chop lean meat into minced meat, chop green onion and ginger, wash and cut green garlic into small pieces for later use.

Wash the soybean sprouts and prepare some bone ginseng.

Prepare a bowl of rice noodles.

Tips:
Bone ginseng is a salted food with heavy salt content. You have to taste it before deciding on the amount of salt. Bone ginseng contains pepper and Chinese pepper, so the amount of bone ginseng should be added according to personal taste.
