Braised Bean Noodles—simple and Delicious Version

Roll the noodles and cut into thin noodles (the handmade noodles are more vigorous)

Heat oil in a wok, sauté ginger and garlic, stir-fry shredded pork;

Stir-fry the dried shredded pork with moisture, add dark soy sauce and stir fry; add the beans, light soy sauce, and thirteen flavors in turn; stir-fry for one minute, add hot water, the height of the water should not overwhelm the beans; add salt according to taste;

Spread a little oil on the cut noodles and gently put it on top of the beans; cover the pan and turn to medium heat to simmer;

Simmer for five minutes, open the lid; evenly sprinkle the previously adjusted sauce on the noodles (half of the sauce is enough), gently move the noodles with chopsticks (only the beans under the noodles are not turned), and the noodles become as shown in the picture. Say the color; cover the pot and continue to simmer on low heat;

Simmer for four minutes, open the lid; evenly sprinkle in the remaining sauce, gently stir the noodles again; as shown in the picture, cover the pot and simmer;

After one minute, stir-fry the bean noodles evenly.
