Braised Beef Brisket

Prepare the ingredients and seasonings as shown in the figure;

Beef brisket cut into pieces;

Beef brisket in a pot under cold water, blanching;

Wash away the scum with hot water and drain the water;

Heat the wok, add a proper amount of oil, add the ginger and garlic slices when the oil is hot, and fry it for a fragrance;

Tips:
1. It is more convenient to have a pressure cooker and will save more time, but although the casserole is time-consuming to cook on a small fire, it tastes good~
2. I bought sirloin with some crispy bones, which tastes very good~
