Braised Beef Brisket in Claypot

Wash the sirloin and cut into the desired block size

Boil the water with boiling water to remove dirt and blood

Prepare spices: star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, dried pepper, dried chili, onion, ginger, garlic, rock sugar

Tips:
