Braised Beef Noodles

First, make the noodle dough. Generally, I use 200 grams of flour and 60 grams of water in summer and 70 grams of water in winter with a little salt.

I use a noodle machine to make the noodles and press them twice in 30 minutes. I like to make them more vigorously. When making the noodles by hand, the dough is mixed until it is three-lighted, covered with plastic wrap or a damp cloth, proofed, and then rolled into thin slices and cut into strips.

Add a little oil to the pot, stir the ginger and garlic over medium and small heat,

Pour the meat into the pressure cooker, add the original soup or boiling water, add a little balsamic vinegar, add green onion knot

Air pressure the pressure cooker for 30-40 minutes, and finally add salt to taste

Boil the noodles: add a little salt and oil to the water. When the water is boiled, make the noodles. After rolling, add cold water, and then take out when it is about 7 mature.
