Braised Beef Noodles

Dice beef, slice garlic, mince ginger, mince green onion, mince green red pepper

Heat oil in a pan, add green onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant, add beef and stir-fry until the color changes

Pour in cooking wine, add Korean hot sauce,

Stir fry until it tastes delicious, add salt, sugar, soy sauce, thirteen incense, half a bowl of water, bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat to make the taste

When there is a little soup left, add the green and red peppers and stir well

Add sesame seeds and chopped peanuts, stir fry evenly

Hold it out for use

Bring water to a boil, add the noodles and cook for 3-4 minutes until they are broken.

Remove and put in cold water to cool, remove and drain

Put it on the plate, put the shredded cucumber and onion, pour the braised beef sauce on top, mix well when eating
Tips:
Cook the noodles until they are cut off. Don’t overcook the noodles. The beef sauce should be boiled over low heat
