Braised Canola with Shredded Pork

Wash the pork essence and shred it.

Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, pepper, and vegetable oil to the shredded pork.

Grab well and marinate for ten minutes.

Home-grown small rapeseed.

Choose to wash clean.

Boil the water in a pot, add some oil and salt, stand the small rapeseed, and blanch the roots for about half a minute.

Press the leaves into the boiling water and continue to blanch for about half a minute.

Remove the blanched rapeseed, control the water, and serve. In order to look good, you can set the plate as shown in the figure.

Heat the pan and fill it with oil. The oil can be a little bit more than usual for cooking. The oil is warm nowadays, scallion, ginger and marinated pork, quickly stir-fry.

In the process of frying, I added a little old extract and seasoned with salt (I didn't take pictures in a hurry). This is fried shredded pork.

Just put the shredded pork on the plate. You can mix the shredded pork with the rape before eating. I put it on the plate like this to look good.
Tips:
When frying shredded pork, you can add more salt to it, and it tastes just right when paired with rape.
