Braised Carp

One carp, scrape off the scales, remove the internal organs, and clean it

Small half of green pepper, small half of red pepper, cut into shreds

1 small piece of ginger sliced

Shred garlic

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, after the oil is hot, put the fish in

Fry until golden on both sides

After frying, add the cut ginger

Add cooking wine

Add soy sauce
