First, wash the processed chicken offal, put it in the pot, boil the blood water, and put it out of the pot for later use.

Then, put the oil in the pan, add the aniseed green onion, ginger and garlic in turn, sauté on low heat until fragrant, then add the prepared chicken giblets.

Finally, stir-fry the chicken giblets in a pot, add dark soy sauce, rock sugar, salt, chicken essence, and dried chili, add water and cook for about 10 minutes. After collecting the juice, add cumin according to your personal taste.
Tips:
Add water to collect the juice. Don't turn the heat too high to avoid sticking the pot.
