I just bought a cast iron enamel pot and plan to braise chicken wings to eat!

Braised Chicken Wings with Mixed Vegetables

1. Put lotus root, sweet potato, celery, cauliflower. Cut shiitake mushrooms, onion, and shred ginger for later use.

2. Mix the chili powder, black pepper powder and Chinese pepper powder to make a mixed seasoning powder.

3. Pour half of the mixed seasoning powder and appropriate amount of olive oil into the mixed vegetables, mix well, and let stand for 20 minutes.

4. Make two cuts on both sides of the chicken wings, add shredded ginger, cooking wine, light soy sauce, a small amount of oil and the remaining half of the seasoning powder, mix well, and marinate for 20 minutes.

5. Mix oyster sauce, tomato sauce and black pepper sauce to make a sauce.

6. Brush the enamel pot with a small amount of oil, pour mixed vegetables and chicken wings.

7. Pour the mixed sauce into the pot, cover the pot and simmer for 20 minutes, turn off the heat, and continue to simmer for 15 minutes.

8. Open the lid, and a delicacy with meat and vegetables is complete!
