Braised Crucian Carp

1. Cut both sides of the cleaned fish to make the fish more delicious!

2. Marinate with salt, a little soy sauce, rice wine, and garlic slices for half an hour!

3. Pour vegetable-fried fish into the pot and fry until golden on both sides!

4. Take out the fried crucian carp and put it on a dry plate for later use!

5. Pour new oil into the pot, add star anise, bay leaves, ginger, and stir fry until fragrant

6. Then add the fish that has just been fried, add some bean paste, and fry for one minute. Pour in boiling water until the water is dry.

7. Take the fish out, sprinkle some chopped green onions on top of the fish, leave a little juice in the pot, and sprinkle the juice on top of the fish.
