Braised Crucian Carp
1.
Cover with salt and marinate for more than 10 minutes, then rinse with water and dry.
2.
Cut ginger and garlic into wipes, chop chili, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, soy sauce, salt, and MSG. Put in a bowl and stir with water.
3.
Fry the crucian carp until golden brown.
4.
Pour the prepared ingredients on the fried fish.
5.
Medium heat is about ten minutes or so.
6.
Turn on high heat to collect the juice, and turn off the heat when the juice is slightly viscous.
7.
Sprinkle some coriander, I forgot to buy coriander and replace it with shredded cucumber.
8.
Pour the juice from the pot on top of the coriander and it's done.
Tips:
Crucian carp can be used like a large crucian carp, but it takes a little longer to simmer.
