Braised Crucian Carp

Fry the crucian carp until half cooked, take it out and put it on a plate. Then stir-fry the cut green peppers, Zhitian peppers, garlic, ginger slices, and chopped green onions to create a fragrant flavor; add salt and light soy sauce and stir fry for one to two minutes, add water and stew the carp until fully cooked and delicious. The last cornstarch to thicken, out of the pot!
