Braised Crucian Carp

Wash the crucian carp and spread salt evenly

Tips:
1. When frying the fish, don't turn it randomly. You can pick up the wok and shake it gently, and then you can turn it over and fry it when you feel that the fish-body non-stick pan can be loosened.
