Braised Eggplant
1.
Wash the eggplant and cut into a hob shape.
2.
Put oil and ginger in a pan until fragrant.
3.
After sauteing, add eggplant and stir fry.
4.
Pour in appropriate amount of soy sauce and salt sugar to taste.
5.
Stir-fry until the eggplant becomes soft and fully cooked before serving.
