Braised Eggplant in Soy Sauce

Main ingredients: eggplant, garlic, soybean paste.

Put oil in the pot, add the eggplant that has been washed and drained and fry.

Fry the eggplant until it is almost cooked inside, and serve. The outer skin should not be fried.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add garlic cloves, and sauté until fragrant. Add the soybean paste. Fry them slowly over a small fire, and do not fry them.

Put in spare eggplants. Add an appropriate amount of water. After boiling, add salt and sugar to taste and cook for 5 minutes.

Tips:
1. Because the soybean paste is put in, when adding salt, you should use the right amount.
