Among the many dishes, the worst thing is to cook fish. After receiving the Jiesai automatic pot, the first dish to try was braised carp. Braised Fish Pieces

1. Make with reference to the accompanying recipe "Broiled Carp".

2. Soak the mushrooms in advance and prepare the other condiments.

3. Cut the carp into pieces (cut in the store), wash, add soy sauce, cooking wine, half of salt, and ginger slices, mix well and marinate for no less than half an hour.

4. Put the seasoning in the pot, slice the shiitake mushrooms and spread on the bottom.

5. Put in the fish cubes.

6. Add rock sugar.

7. The recipe requires 400 ml of water, minus the amount of liquid condiments.

8. Cover the pot, turn on the power, press the power button, select "Broiled Fish", cooking starts, and the display takes 20 minutes.

9. After 2 minutes, the water in the pot will boil, and the screen will display "Boiling", and the smell of fish will begin to fill up in the air.

10. After the countdown is over, "Receive Juice" is displayed.

11. When the whole cooking is over, the screen will display "OK" and there will be a voice prompt. The whole process does not need to be taken care of, now you can open the pot and enjoy the delicious food.

Tips:

1. The fish must be marinated in advance.
2. If you like more soup, you can add more water than the recipe.
