Braised Golden Pomfret

The golden pomfret has been cleaned by the seller. After cleaning, it is marinated with salt and cooking wine for 15 minutes.

Prepare ingredients: shredded ginger, minced garlic, shredded red pepper, chopped green onion.

Take a non-stick pan and put the golden pomfret into the pan for frying.
