Dried vegetables are fully soaked in warm water, and washed several times, and the water is squeezed out by hand to remove the salt in it.
12.
After about 40 minutes, the broth of the goose is almost dry (about one-third remaining), sprinkle an appropriate amount of five-spice powder, add dried vegetables and simmer for 5 minutes. After the dried vegetables are delicious, turn off the heat and serve them on the plate.
Tips:
1. There is a lot of fat in goose meat. Dried vegetables are chosen to absorb more fat, so that it tastes less greasy. You can also add other favorite fat-absorbing ingredients instead.
2. The goose should be fully stir-fried, until there is no blood and water, and then boiled, so that the goose will be more fragrant.
