Lamb is my favorite in my family. No matter how I cook it, I love it, but my favorite is braised. The second is braised. Today I made a braised lamb chop to relieve my greed. It’s really delicious. It’s too delicious. Now Every word of it is drooling.

Braised Lamb Chops

1. First, soak the lamb chops in cold water to thaw

2. After washing it, put it in cold water and heat it up

3. After the water is boiled, boil it for 2 minutes, take it out, wash off the impurities on the lamb chops with hot water, control the moisture and set aside
