Braised Lamb Chops

First, soak the lamb chops in cold water to thaw

After washing it, put it in cold water and heat it up

After the water is boiled, boil it for 2 minutes, take it out, wash off the impurities on the lamb chops with hot water, control the moisture and set aside

Prepare green onion, ginger and garlic aniseed and bay leaves

Stir fry with corn oil and sugar in a wok

Add some rice wine
