Braised Lentils
1.
Hand break the lentils.
2.
Fry the aniseed for fragrant.
3.
Fry the lentils evenly.
4.
Add seasonings and stir fry.
5.
Add two bowls of water and simmer over medium heat.
6.
After the stew is cooked, open the lid to collect the soup and add the minced garlic.
7.
Collect the soup and bring it out of the pot.
Tips:
The soup must be dry!
