Braised Lotus Root with Sauce

Cut lotus root and pork into thin slices. Marinate the pork with a little salt, light soy sauce, sweet potato powder, and oil for 5 minutes.

Heat oil in a wok, add garlic slices, star anise, and ginger slices until fragrant, then add the meat slices and stir-fry until the meat slices change color.

Pour in the lotus root slices, stir fry a few times, add in Gingerle sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, mix well, add water, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, open the lid, collect the juice on high heat, put the green onion, toss a few times, and serve.
