Braised Noodles

500 grams of flour, add a teaspoon of salt, add 250-300 ml of warm water to knead the dough.

Flatten the dough and cut it into finger-wide strips; put the cut strips on a plate, smear them with oil, and cover with wet wipes for 1 hour, or wrap them in plastic wrap and put them in the refrigerator to chill 2 hour. (Cannot be frozen)

After cooking, take out the noodles and squeeze them with your fingers. Grasp the two ends of the noodles, tap the chopping board up and down, and stretch the wide noodles.

Dice the onion and finely chop the minced garlic.

Dice tomatoes and green peppers, chopped green onion.

Dried tofu and diced pork.

Tips:
Don't cook the noodles for a long time, and remove them when they float. You can also stir-fry the minced pork directly without boiling water in it, called fried noodles.
