Braised Noodles with Beans

First remove the bean tendons on both sides of the beans, then break it with your hands a few times, and wash them for later use.

The pork is pork loin, cut into shreds, add cornstarch, cooking wine and 1g of salt, grab it with your hands, and marinate for 15 minutes.
