Braised Noodles with Beans
1.
Heat the oil and heat the pork belly.
2.
Stir-fry pork belly out of oil.
3.
Stir fry with green onion, ginger, garlic and dried chili to create a fragrance.
4.
Add the beans and stir fry.
5.
Add the potatoes and stir fry.
6.
Add thirteen flavors of soy sauce and dark soy sauce chicken essence and water.
7.
Add the noodles.
8.
Cover and simmer for ten minutes.
9.
Out of the pan.
