That day, chatting with a friend, he said that he could not live without the noodles. Regional characteristics, they can't do without noodles, just like other people can't do without rice, because growing up from snack noodles, they are too familiar with the taste, of course they can't do without. It's the same with my husband, who can't do without noodles, he has to eat it once a day. People eat noodles very simple, they just like to eat lo noodles, garlic sauce is the best. Haha, I actually feel that noodles are more homely, because I also eat noodles.

When I was a child, I ate my mother's hand rolling noodles. In my memory, my mother had finished her work in the fields and she had to roll the noodles in the kitchen when she returned home. In winter, her hands were very cold and she often sweated profusely in summer. When we were a little older, there was a large noodle pressing machine in the village. The villagers took their own noodles every morning to remove and process the noodles. Because mom and dad were busy, when they weren't going to school, the queue would fall into place. I and my head are always happy. When we meet many people, we have to wait for a long time. Later, there was a small household manual noodle machine. At that time, the family was poor and couldn't afford it. My sister and I often went to the neighbor's house to use the machine. Because we packed the noodles at home, our neighbors often praised it. Later, there was a small noodle maker at home, and the problem was finally solved. Make daily noodles by yourself. Later, we all came out one by one, and the noodle machine faded out of life. The noodles were all bought dried noodles. No matter how they eat, they feel that the taste is not authentic. The living space in the city is relatively small, the kitchen is relatively small, and the original home noodle maker is relatively heavy. I planned to buy one a few times, but the idea was dispelled several times. After using Joyoung L10 kneading noodle machine, I really recovered the feeling of making noodles by myself.

This is one of my favorite noodles. I have blogged about it before, but I bought the noodles. Today I made this noodle by myself and it tastes even better.

Noodle ingredients: three cups of flour 210 grams of water

Ingredients: shredded pork with beans, green onion and ginger

Seasoning: salt, light soy sauce, dark brown sugar, pepper

practice:"

Braised Noodles with Beans

1. Add flour to the noodle machine, fill the water cup with water, start the chewy noodle program, push down the water cup, and do other tasks.

2. Material drawing.

3. The shredded pork is marinated with salt and light soy sauce and pepper.

4. Wash the beans and divide them into small pieces.

5. When coming out, use a panel, a bamboo basket, or a cage to connect the surface.

6. After all is finished, place it on the cage, count the time after the water is boiled, and steam for 10 minutes. After steaming, the cage is removed from the pot, and the noodles are shaken to dissipate the steam.

7. Pour oil in the wok and fry the chives and ginger.

8. Stir-fry the shredded pork. Then add the beans, then add a large bowl of water, boil, add salt, light soy sauce, soy sauce, sugar and pepper to taste.

9. Pour the boiled soup into a pot with the vegetables.

10. Put the steamed noodles into the dish and mix evenly.

11. Put the noodles with the vegetables, put on the cage again, and steam for 6 minutes on the pot. Just boiling.

Tips:

1. The soup for cooking the vegetables is much better. If it is too little, the noodles will not be mixed. The extra soup can be used for soup. Of course, just right is the best.

2. The beans do not need to be cooked, because they will be steamed later.

3. Beans can be replaced with other vegetables, such as radishes and garlic moss.
