Braised Noodles with Beans

Add flour to the noodle machine, fill the water cup with water, start the chewy noodle program, push down the water cup, and do other tasks.

The shredded pork is marinated with salt and light soy sauce and pepper.

Wash the beans and divide them into small pieces.

When coming out, use a panel, a bamboo basket, or a cage to connect the surface.

After all is finished, place it on the cage, count the time after the water is boiled, and steam for 10 minutes. After steaming, the cage is removed from the pot, and the noodles are shaken to dissipate the steam.

Pour oil in the wok and fry the chives and ginger.

Stir-fry the shredded pork. Then add the beans, then add a large bowl of water, boil, add salt, light soy sauce, soy sauce, sugar and pepper to taste.

Pour the boiled soup into a pot with the vegetables.

Put the steamed noodles into the dish and mix evenly.

Put the noodles with the vegetables, put on the cage again, and steam for 6 minutes on the pot. Just boiling.
Tips:
1. The soup for cooking the vegetables is much better. If it is too little, the noodles will not be mixed. The extra soup can be used for soup. Of course, just right is the best.
2. The beans do not need to be cooked, because they will be steamed later.
3. Beans can be replaced with other vegetables, such as radishes and garlic moss.
