Braised Noodles with Beans

1. 500g of fresh noodles

2. Wash and cut fresh beans,

3. Wash and cut fresh pork into thick shreds,

4. Pour the bottom oil on the wok, heat the oil, sauté the scallions and ginger, add the shredded pork and stir fry.

5. Cook the cooking wine to remove the smell, pour the beans and stir fry, add water, you can put a little more, add salt, monosodium glutamate, soy sauce to taste, boil the pot and continue to stir for a while,

6. Pour out one third of the water in the pot and put it in a bowl for later use,

7. Cover the fresh noodles evenly on the beans, cover and simmer for ten minutes,

8. After ten minutes, open the lid, do not turn the noodles, and evenly sprinkle the half bowl of soup on the noodles and stir evenly.

9. After sprinkling the soup, cover again and continue to simmer for five minutes. After two times of steaming with a cover, the noodles are already cooked. Open the lid and mix evenly and it will be out of the pot. Fresh noodles are easy to cook.
