It takes about 20 minutes to make 200 grams of noodles like this. If you put a lot of noodles and beans, such as 1 catty, remember to take 30 minutes. The same is true for ordinary pots. Adjust the time according to the amount you make. That's it.

1. Wash the lentils first, remove the tendons at both ends, and break the segments that grow to about 5cm; wash and shred the pork, add cooking wine and marinate for 5 minutes; chop the scallions into chopped green onions, smash the garlic and mince;

2. Put oil in the pot, add chopped green onion and shredded pork in sequence, put them evenly, put in the lentils, pour in water (the amount of water is parallel to the lentils), add soy sauce and salt for seasoning;

3. Spread the noodles on the top, cover the pot, and start the [dry pan] function for automatic cooking (other pot types can use [Chi cooking] or [dry pan frying]);

4. After cooking, open the lid, sprinkle with minced garlic, and stir well.

Tips:

1. I made it with Jiesel's automatic cooking pot. If you don’t have an automatic pot and use an ordinary pot, you can first stir-fry the chopped green onions and shredded pork, then put the beans in the pot and stir-fry until the color turns emerald green, and then add water. The amount of water is enough to cover the beans. After cooking for about 5 minutes, spread the noodles, cover the pot, simmer for 15-20 minutes, wait for the soup to dry, add the minced garlic, stir well and get out of the pot.
2. The ratio of noodles to beans is generally 1:1, which will be more delicious.
3. Don't buy noodles that are too thick or too watery to make braised noodles. They are not easy to be cooked or delicious. Buy thin and dry noodles, or just ask the seller to make noodles suitable for braised noodles.
4. If the amount of water for the noodles is made in an ordinary pot, it is better to have a little under the beans; if you use an automatic pot, it is parallel to the beans, and not too much water, lest the noodles are too rotten and the taste is not good.
5. The noodles do not need to be steamed in advance, just put them in raw, shake them slightly with your hands when putting them, and spread them flat on the beans. If they are piled together, they will easily become a ball.
6. When I made it, I put pork tenderloin, you can also put pork belly, it will be more fragrant, but it will also make you fatter.
7. Don't like the smell of garlic, you can leave it alone. If you put it, the minced garlic must be added after the noodles are cooked, so that the taste will be more fragrant.
