Braised Noodles with Beans

All preparation materials

Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in boiling water

Wash the lean meat and cut into shreds

Tips:
1. After soaking the steamed noodles, the taste is very strong
2. Garlic, vinegar, and five-spice powder are best when the noodles are simmered and then stirred and then added to taste more fragrant
