Braised Noodles with Beans
1.
Wash the beans and cut them into sections (forgot to shoot after cutting), wash and cut the garlic moss into sections (you can choose to put it or not according to your preference), slice the pork belly, shred the ginger, and cut the green onion into sections.
2.
For the noodles I bought in the market, Dashen can roll the noodles by hand.
3.
Heat oil, add pork slices, green onion and ginger until fragrant.
4.
Put the beans (with garlic moss) and stir-fry for three minutes.
5.
Let cool boiled water (filtered water) until the beans are about to be submerged, add salt and half a spoon of light soy sauce, and stir-fry evenly.
6.
Shake the noodles loosely and spread them on the beans, cover the pot, boil the water on high heat, turn to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes. . Inexperienced students must pay attention to the amount of water during this period. If the water is boiled, add a small amount of water along the side of the pot in time. Do not turn the noodles. Remember not to repeatedly open the lid and add water. The steaming heat will run away.
7.
After the water is simmered, stir the noodles and vegetables evenly and put it on a plate. Students who like garlic can mash the garlic when steaming, add the remaining half a spoon of light soy sauce, old vinegar, sesame oil, and a small amount of water to make a juice. Pour it on the stewed noodles and eat it, don't leave it for a good taste.
