Braised Noodles with Beans

Put a little salt in the flour, beat in an egg, add an appropriate amount of water and make a dough.

Tips:
1. When making noodles, put salt and eggs inside to make the noodles more gluten.
2. The water in the pot cannot overwhelm the noodles, otherwise it will become boiled noodles.
3. If you want to make the noodles not stick together after being put in the pan, the secret is to put some oil in the noodles and mix well before putting them in the pan.
