Suddenly wanted to eat [Beans Braised Noodles] last night. Last week I returned to my parents’ house and brought a lot of vegetables back. I’m so sorry for not making the stewed noodles. But it was too late, the whole family was hungry again, it was too late to knead and roll the noodles, so they just used some dried noodles. Thin dried noodles are not as wide as they are, and it is best to use chewy noodles for braised noodles. This bag of noodles was sent by a friend from Binzhou, Shandong. It is resistant to cooking and does not rotten. After being braised, it really tastes like hand-made noodles!
