The first time I tried the braised noodles made by the rice cooker, it tasted great.

Braised Noodles with Beans and Pork

1. Put the flour into the Joyoung noodle machine, add water, and choose chewy noodles

2. Approximately 15 minutes to come out to complete, cut the noodles for later use

3. Wash pork belly, shred

4. Put clean water in the pot, add pork belly, appropriate amount of cooking wine, and bring to a boil (blanch)

5. Drain the pork belly and set aside

6. Wash long cowpea and cut into sections for later use. Wash tomatoes and cut into small pieces for later use

7. Wash dried red pepper and cut into sections, wash and slice ginger, wash and slice garlic cloves

8. Put enough oil in the pot, heat it on high heat, add dried red pepper, ginger slices, garlic cloves, and stir fry for a fragrance

9. Add pork belly and stir fry

10. Add the dark soy sauce and stir-fry until golden brown

11. Add long cowpea and stir fry for 3 minutes

12. Add the tomatoes and stir fry for 3 minutes

13. Add a teaspoon of salt and stir fry

14. Add fresh water that has not been cooked

15. Pour all the ingredients into the Jiuyang iron kettle rice cooker

16. Select the steaming function key, about 15 minutes

17. After boiling, serve a bowl of soup

18. Spread the noodles in the pot and continue to steam for 6 minutes

19. Pour the soup made before on the noodles, stir and cook for 6 minutes

20. When the soup is almost harvested, it's ready to eat

Tips:

Pay attention to observation later, don’t collect the juice too dry
