Braised Noodles with Beans and Pork

Put the flour into the Joyoung noodle machine, add water, and choose chewy noodles

Approximately 15 minutes to come out to complete, cut the noodles for later use

Wash pork belly, shred

Put clean water in the pot, add pork belly, appropriate amount of cooking wine, and bring to a boil (blanch)

Drain the pork belly and set aside

Wash long cowpea and cut into sections for later use. Wash tomatoes and cut into small pieces for later use

Wash dried red pepper and cut into sections, wash and slice ginger, wash and slice garlic cloves

Put enough oil in the pot, heat it on high heat, add dried red pepper, ginger slices, garlic cloves, and stir fry for a fragrance

Add pork belly and stir fry

Add the dark soy sauce and stir-fry until golden brown

Add long cowpea and stir fry for 3 minutes

Add the tomatoes and stir fry for 3 minutes

Pour all the ingredients into the Jiuyang iron kettle rice cooker
