Braised Noodles with Eggplant and Beans
1.
Right amount of pork belly, sliced. Pour in oil, add pork belly, stir fry over medium heat.
2.
Add the beans, stir fry, and add some salt. (The beans are more difficult to taste, so put a little salt first, but not too much.)
3.
When the beans are half cooked, add the eggplant and stir fry. Add soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, oyster sauce and other condiments. (If there is no eggplant, just ignore this step.)
4.
Put in a certain amount of water, cover the pot, and cook for a while.
5.
After opening, add the noodles directly, don't stir fry at this time, just cover it directly.
6.
When the noodles are half-cooked, open the lid, stir fry, and then continue to simmer until the noodles absorb the soup.
7.
The finished product is out of the pot. If someone likes a heavy taste, you can add a little more chili or seasoning. Mine is lighter, but it tastes really good.
