Braised Noodles with Shredded Pork

1. Pork shreds

2. Add 1 scoop of dark soy sauce, 1 scoop of cornstarch, 1 scoop of oyster sauce, and 1 scoop of spicy fresh, mix well and marinate for flavor

3. Wash soybean sprouts and set aside

4. Wash and cut long beans

5. Cut green onion, slice ginger, pepper, a little star anise and set aside

6. The vermicelli noodles are steamed in a pot on the water for 15 minutes
