Braised Pork Belly with Trotter

Chop the trotters into pieces.

Heat the oil in the pan, add the white sugar and fry it over a low heat to get the color of the sugar.

Pour in the trotters for coloring.

Add soy sauce, green onion, ginger, five-spice powder, water, and bring to a boil.

Turn to low heat, cover and simmer for 1 and a half hours.

Cut the pork belly into pieces.

Add soy sauce, five-spice powder, and green onions, mix well and marinate for 1 hour.
8.
Pour into the trotters and stir well.
9.
Cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
