Braised Pork on Rice

Dice the pork and blanch it to remove the blood. Scallion, ginger, garlic, chopped shiitake mushrooms, diced rock sugar 10g, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of five-spice powder.

Add bottom oil to the pot and stir fry with ginger and shallots.

Add five-spice powder, sauce and garlic, stir fry.

Put in the cooked white eggs.

Simmer on medium heat for 1 hour.

Blanch the carrots and broccoli, sprinkle black sesame seeds, cut the marinated eggs, and pour the marinated broth.
