Braised Pork Ribs with Char Siew Sauce

1. Cut the ribs to about 9cm in length, and cut the taro into long strips.

2. Boil an appropriate amount of water in a WOLL diamond multi-function cooking pot, add the ribs to blanch a little, and pick up

3. Marinate the blanched ribs with seasoning for about 1 hour

4. Heat up WOLL diamond multi-function cooking pot, add salad oil, saute ginger slices

5. Marinated ribs

6. Blast the ribs until they turn color

7. And some char siu sauce

8. Add the right amount of water

9. Cover and cook on low heat

10. Boil until the water is dry and the meat is soft and cooked

11. Add taro sticks

12. Simmer the taro sticks on low heat until they are floury but not rotten

13. Turn off the heat and serve
