I have seen a lot of golden soup dishes, which mentioned a seasoning-Hainan yellow pepper sauce, and they all reminded that you must have yellow pepper sauce to make the "gold soup". Because I haven't seen yellow pepper sauce in the supermarket, I thought about it, how about trying it with yellow bell pepper? So I made a yellow pepper sauce by myself! Braised Pork Slices in Golden Soup

1. Main and auxiliary materials: sliced meat, loofah (other ingredients can also be selected)

2. Golden soup: yellow pepper sauce, chopped green onion

3. Wash, peel and cut the loofah

4. Bring water to a boil, add the loofah sticks and blanch them thoroughly

5. Scoop into a bowl and set aside

6. Put the meat slices in the pot and blanch them thoroughly

7. Remove and put in a bowl of loofah

Tips:

1. It is best to blanch twice to remove the fishy smell of the meat slices. You can also boil the pork slices directly with "Golden Soup".
2. The golden yellow effect comes from yellow pepper sauce, not oil.
