Braised Pork Tail with Peanuts and Soybeans

Prepare ingredients, soak beans and peanuts thoroughly, chop pig tails

Pork tail blanched in boiling water

Heat the pan, add oil, and saute the ginger slices

Add the pigtails, soybeans and peanuts and stir fry for a while

Add all the seasonings and ingredients in the ginger, star anise, fennel, chili, and water

Cover and simmer until the pigtails and beans are soft and cooked
7.
Add garlic and cook for about 15 minutes

Turn off the heat and serve immediately (you can also soak all the ingredients in the gravy until you eat it)

Sprinkle chopped green onion after serving
